If you prefer a prepaid return label to be emailed to you, an additional fee of $20 for shipping, handling and processing will apply. This can be paid via PAYPAL - katie.saya@yahoo.com

Once we receive your payment, we will send you the return label for shipping your item back. After we receive your package and inspect its condition, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
